Reliable 300 N Window Automation – 24 V and 230 V

The KM30 is a compact chain actuator with a closing force of up to 300 N, designed for natural ventilation and smoke extraction in side-hung (R), bottom-hung (U(D)), top-hung (U(G)), outward-opening (W) and pivot windows.
Available in 24 VDC (EN) and 230 VAC versions, with Solo and Tandem configurations – also with optional locking (VH) units.

Safety note: Always observe local health and safety regulations, user instructions and the Machinery Directive. The KM30EN 24 V version is tested in accordance with EN 12101-2 (smoke and heat extraction).

KM30EN Solo

Compact single chain actuator, 300 N force, ideal for façade and roof windows. Ensures smooth and precise opening for natural ventilation.

KM30EN VH

Solo actuator with additional locking device for improved sealing and security. Perfect for buildings where airtightness is essential.

KM30EN TD

Tandem configuration (double actuator) with 2×300 N force, designed for larger and heavier sashes. Guarantees synchronized and stable operation.

KM30EN TD VH

Tandem with locking unit – combining maximum power, safety and tight sealing. Excellent for demanding ventilation and smoke extraction systems.

KM30 Solo (230 V)

Versatile 230 V actuator, 300 N force. A simple and reliable solution for window automation in ventilation applications.

KM30 TD (230 V)

Tandem 230 V version – two synchronized actuators for larger and heavier windows. Recommended for offices, halls and public buildings.
